液体喷砂机功用

液体喷砂机是属于喷砂机的一种。液体喷砂机也可叫做湿式喷砂机，水喷砂机等。液体喷砂机的原理是水和磨料混合在一起，靠砂泵的压力扬起，利用空气为动力，高速喷射出的一种表面清理方式。

液体喷砂机一般分为手动、自动2种。

1手动液体喷砂机

手动液体喷砂机有玻璃钢制作、不锈钢制作两种。玻璃钢制作一般都是由模具钢浇筑成，喷砂室的尺寸基本定制为长度900mm*宽度800mm*高度580mm。一般适合于小零件喷砂加工处理。不锈钢液体喷砂机是在玻璃钢液体喷砂机的基础上，定制的。比如产品的尺寸大于玻璃钢液体喷砂室的尺寸，喷砂室尺寸的大小由需要喷砂的尺寸来定制。材质选用304不锈钢制作，具体的一些功能和玻璃钢液体喷砂机一致。

2自动液体喷砂机

自动液体喷砂机由304不锈钢制作，自动液体喷砂机又分为转台式液体自动喷砂机，输送式液体自动喷砂机。转台式液体自动喷砂机是由一个大转盘上面配置八个小转盘，转盘的大小有需要喷砂的产品而决定。一般适合于圆形类等产品喷砂处理。输送式液体自动喷砂机是由履带方式制成，方式基本像流水线形式，一般适合于平面类产品喷砂处理。

液体喷砂机与干式喷砂机不同点

1液体喷砂机是水砂混合物为介质，而干式的是直接的干式介质。液体喷砂机的介质基本只能是玻璃砂、白刚玉、棕刚玉。其余的砂料不是很常用。

2 液体喷砂机没有不需要除尘系统，机体上面只需要配置一台小电机派出雾水即可。

3 液体喷砂机的效果比干式的细腻些，但是液体喷砂机的效率要比干式的慢很多。

4 液体喷砂机对产品的表面无要求，比如有油污的产品就适合液体喷砂机。而干式的喷砂机就拒绝有油污的产品。
